6. Guest Conduct
All guests are expected to conduct themselves in a manner that is respectful to the crew, other guests, the vessel, and the marine environment. The following are not permitted:
- Bringing controlled substances or illegal items aboard
- Aggressive, threatening, or disruptive behaviour toward crew or other guests
- Tampering with navigational equipment, safety gear, or vessel systems
- Ignoring the instructions of the captain or crew
- Discarding waste into the sea or damaging marine habitats
Pantai Voyage reserves the right to terminate a charter and return to port if guest conduct poses a safety risk or significantly disrupts the experience. In such circumstances, no refund will be issued.
7. Safety
- All guests must follow the safety briefing provided at the start of each charter.
- Life jackets and safety equipment are provided and must be worn when instructed by the crew.
- Guests with medical conditions that may be affected by sea travel or water activities should consult a doctor and notify us before the charter.
- The captain has sole authority over the vessel and may modify or discontinue any activity at any time in the interest of safety.
- Guests participate in water sports and swimming activities at their own risk. Pantai Voyage crew will take all reasonable precautions but cannot be responsible for incidents arising from non-compliance with safety instructions.
8. Weather & Operator Cancellations
Pantai Voyage monitors weather and sea conditions closely. If we determine that conditions make a charter unsafe or significantly impair the experience, we may postpone or cancel the charter with as much advance notice as possible.
- If Pantai Voyage cancels a charter due to weather or safety reasons, you will be offered a full rescheduling or a complete refund of all amounts paid.
- Minor adjustments to the route or activity schedule due to conditions are not considered cancellations and do not entitle guests to a refund.
- For the Week-Long Exploration, access to Indonesian waters depends on weather, tides, and applicable permits. Pantai Voyage is not liable for itinerary changes due to these factors, provided alternative waters are offered.
9. Intellectual Property
All content on this website — including text, photography, design, logo, and layout — is the property of Pantai Voyage Pte. Ltd. or is used with permission. You may not reproduce, redistribute, or commercially exploit any content from this website without prior written consent.
Photographs or videos taken during charters may be shared for personal, non-commercial use. Guests must not publish images of crew members or other guests without their consent.
10. Disclaimers
Our Services are provided in good faith. We make no representations that any charter will match a specific expectation of weather, marine life sightings, or personal outcomes.
Wakeboarding and cliff-jumping activities on the Adventure Day Charter are subject to sea and weather conditions on the day and may be modified or omitted if conditions are unsuitable. No refund is due for omitted activities where safety is the reason.
11. Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by Singapore law, Pantai Voyage's total liability for any claim arising from or related to our Services is capped at the total amount paid by the Guest for the charter in question.
We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including loss of profit, loss of enjoyment, or loss of data, arising from the use of our website or participation in a charter.
Nothing in these Terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or for any matter that cannot be excluded by law.
12. Termination
Pantai Voyage reserves the right to terminate or refuse services to any individual who repeatedly violates these Terms, acts in a manner that poses a risk to the safety of others, or engages in any conduct that Pantai Voyage deems incompatible with the spirit of the experience we provide. In such cases, any amounts paid may be forfeited depending on the circumstances.
13. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Singapore. Any dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms or our Services shall first be subject to good-faith negotiation between the parties.
If a dispute cannot be resolved informally within 30 days, either party may refer the matter to the Singapore Mediation Centre or, if mediation is unsuccessful, to the courts of Singapore, which shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
14. Changes to These Terms
We may revise these Terms from time to time. The updated version will be posted on this page with a new "Last updated" date. For existing bookings made before any change, the Terms in force at the time of booking will continue to apply unless you agree to the updated Terms in writing.
